Josep Llach és Senior Lecturer i director del departament de Operations, Technology & Science a la UPF Barcelona School of Management. Enginyer Industrial de formació, disposa d’un Màster en Business Innovation and Technology Management i d’un doctorat europeu amb estada de recerca a la Jonköping International Business School (Suècia). També exerceix de professor agregat a temps parcial a la Universitat de Girona, on prèviament havia sigut professor i investigador a temps complet i havia ocupat diversos càrrecs de gestió.
