- When will it take place?
The event will take place on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 18:00 (CEST). More details of the event will be provided soon. - Who is invited to participate in this year's Annual Alumni Reunion?
All former students who graduated from UPF-BSM, as well as academic staff, management personnel, and collaborating companies of the School. - How do you register?
You can register by visiting the event page on the EVENTBRITE platform. We provide the link HERE. - How is registration confirmation received?
Once you register through the EVENTBRITE platform, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your QR code. With this Code, you can directly access the event. - Can I bring a guest to the Annual Alumni Meeting?
Of course, but you must register in advance. - How long will the meeting last?
The event will last approximately 2.5 hours and will consist of a welcome drink, the development of the event, where you can enjoy presentations by prominent Alumni, and a closing with music and drinks to enhance your networking. - Is there a fee to register for the event?
Attendance is free. We are waiting for you! - How do you get to the celebration venue?
We recommend using a taxi or public transport to get there. - What are the nearest Barcelona metro stations to UPF-BSM?
