2nd International Law & Economic Forum Europe-China

The UPF Barcelona School of Management, together with the ICAB and the Federation of Chinese Associations in Spain, are organizing the second edition of this international forum.

This second edition will focus on the legal, business and economic fields. With the participation of lawyers, academics and the most important chambers of commerce in China, Europe and Spain, the following points will be addressed:

• In light of the tensions arising from tariffs between the EU and China, this forum is promoting the search for opportunities in the face of crises, as well as collaboration and strategic alliances that are beneficial for both continents.
• In order to promote the development of international trade and investment, it is necessary to convey legal certainty, equality in business and economic development for all, respect for international and trade laws, as well as the generation of trust and peace of mind for potential investors.
• Due to the good relationship that Spain has maintained with China throughout history, this forum will bring together experts from the economic-business and legal world, becoming the voice of society, seeking at the same time new avenues for cooperation and economic development between Spain, the EU and China.
