Beyond the MBA: finding resilience, community, and purpose in a rapidly evolving world
An MBA-degree is a stepping stone to a rich career within management, however, an MBA can only do so much to prepare someone for the rapid changes transpiring globally. To truly succeed as an innovative manager, one has to embrace lifelong learning and enhance their adaptability and community building skills to deal with unknowns. Drawing from both personal experience and current events, Mackin will explore how to thrive amidst uncertainty and shape the future with innovation, agility, and ethics-driven leadership.
