On October 7 and 8, UPF Barcelona School of Management will host the Dialogue on the Future of Digitalization, which will include several panels of experts, high-level meetings and two workshops in which citizens will be the key players.
The aim of the Dialogue is to enrich the public debate and offer citizens the opportunity to participate directly in the conversation about the country we can and want to be in the post-COVID world.
Speakers will include the First Vice President, Nadia Calviño; the Secretary of State for Digitalization and AI, Carme Artigas; and the European Commission's Director of Digital Society, Trust and Cybersecurity, Lorena Boix
Speakers will include high-level authorities such as the First Vice President of the Government and Minister of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Nadia Calviño; the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, Carme Artigas; the Director of Digital Society, Trust and Cybersecurity of the European Commission, Lorena Boix Alonso, academics, entrepreneurs and the presidents, vice presidents or CEOs of leading digital companies such as Cellnex, HP, IBM, Indra and Telefónica, among others.

The Dialogues on the Future is an initiative of the Government, the European Commission, the European Parliament and 70 other public institutions (city councils, regional governments, foundations and universities) that aims to contribute to promoting plural, informed and constructive conversations about the opportunities and challenges that the post-COVID world will bring. In the case of the Dialogue on the Future of Digitalization, it has the support of the Barcelona City Council, Pompeu Fabra University, La Caixa Foundation and the Cercle d'Economia.
