Opening Ceremony. Academic year 24-25

We are starting a new academic year at the UPF Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM) and we want to celebrate this new beginning with our whole community in an inaugural ceremony, which will be held on Thursday October 3 at 18:30 in the UPF-BSM auditorium.

The director general of the UPF-BSM, Prof. José Manuel Martínez-Sierra, and Prof. Laia de Nadal, rector of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, will take charge of giving the institutional welcome to the new 2023-24 academic year. The event will also include an inaugural lecture from Núria Cabutí, CEO of Penguin Random House. We will also count with the participation of a selection of students, who will be the student representatives of the programs that they are just starting, all of whom are looking forward to this year with great excitement and high expectations.
