The UPF Barcelona School of Management organizes the second edition of the "Talent Boost Week", an event that will take place from November 20 to 23 and whose objective is to enhance the professional careers of its current students and Alumni, promoting connections with companies from first level.
Promoted by the UPF-BSM Career Service, these days will focus on employability through different activities with which attendees will be able to learn techniques and advice to improve their candidacies in the selection processes from the hand of HR experts. and recruitment, receive and present applications to leading companies from different sectors and learn about the experiences of Alumni from different specialties.

Activities:
- Conference “Work and/or do internships in Spain as a non-EU foreigner.”

This is a space led by the Antonio Segura Abogados firm and in which the legal regime of non-EU foreign students in Spain will be addressed.

- Workshop "Get ready: learn from experts"
TUESDAY NOV. 21 | 11:00h
Current students and Alumni will be able to participate in this workshop led by HR experts that will allow them to better understand the labor market, prepare for future contacts with companies and promote their job placement.
- Jornada "Connect with Companies"
THURSDAY NOV. 23 | 10:00-18:00h
Connect with Companies, the main activity of the event, is a networking day in which more than 50 companies interested in UPF-BSM talent will participate, including leaders such as GrupFreixenet, Grifols, HP, Bayer, Danone, Mattel and Sony.
This wants to be a meeting point between students looking for professional opportunities and companies, both national and international, that aim to incorporate talent into their workforce.
