Manuel Portela Charnejovsky

Associate Researcher at the Department of Information and Communication Technologies at Pompeu Fabra University. He also currently works as an expert for the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) and is a member of the Barcelona City Council's advisory board on ethics and artificial intelligence.
