ETL GLOBAL signs a collaboration agreement with the UPF-BSM to promote the connection between academia and business

The UPF Barcelona School of Management (UPF-BSM) and the international professional services group ETL GLOBAL have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at developing projects related to training and knowledge generation, strengthening the connection between the school and businesses.

The first initiative to be launched is the 'Comprehensive Executive Development Program for Professional Firms,' designed for partners, executives, and future leaders within ETL. Its main objective is to professionalize business management and strengthen the engagement of employees with growth potential within the group. This program will take place from February 19 to April 24 of this year.

Specifically, the program will enable participants to develop a comprehensive strategic vision, improve project and financial management, strengthen competencies in data analytics, receive training in commercial strategies and ESG criteria management, develop leadership skills to effectively manage teams, and lead organizational change processes, among other areas. Additionally, this training aims to enhance participants' communication skills and promote teamwork techniques.
