As part of the global strategy of UPF Barcelona School of Management to promote internationalization and knowledge exchange, the business school has signed a collaboration agreement today with the Federation Union of Chinese Associations in Spain.
The agreement aims to facilitate connections between companies, institutions, and professionals from both countries, offering new opportunities for collaboration and synergies in multiple areas.
The agreement strengthens the ties between both communities, which began their collaboration four years ago with the creation of the China Global Strategy, a project led by UPF-BSM to promote cultural, business, educational, and scientific exchange between China and Spain, as well as to connect talent from both countries.
The agreement was signed by José M. Martínez-Sierra, General Director of UPF-BSM, and Chuenping Lam Chio, President of the Federation of Chinese Associations in Spain.
"The agreement signed today confirms the School's firm commitment to fostering cooperation spaces that promote the development of joint projects between China and Spain, both in the academic field and the business sector," stated the General Director of UPF-BSM.
This initiative also aligns with UPF-BSM’s goal of establishing itself as a benchmark in training global leaders by providing tools and resources to professionals and executives aspiring to develop in international environments.
“This agreement will serve as a platform to drive innovation and the creation of strategic alliances that contribute to mutual enrichment and the sustainable growth of key sectors for both economies,” explained Fàtima Piqué, Deputy General Director of UPF-BSM.
